Refund and Cancellation Policy

No automatic renewal

Available plans are one-time access passes and do not renew automatically. The exact price, validity and expiry are shown at the eligible checkout step and in the student portal.

Failed or duplicate payment

If money is debited but access is not activated, or the same order is charged twice, report it through the student portal with the payment reference. Verified duplicate or failed-access cases will be corrected or refunded through the original payment method.

Change-of-mind requests

Because digital test access is delivered immediately, payments are generally not refundable after paid content has been used, except where required by applicable law or where the service materially fails to provide the purchased access.

Processing time

Approved refunds are sent through the payment provider and may take the provider or bank several working days to appear.
